Your storefront is the first thing customers see. Before they walk through the door, before they check your reviews, they've already made a judgment based on how your building looks from the parking lot. That's just how it works. And for a lot of business owners, the outside of the building is the last thing on the to-do list - until it becomes a problem.
We teamed up with Inland Pacific Coating on this commercial exterior job for White Cloud Vape and Smoke. The goal was straightforward: clean up the outside, sharpen the color contrast, and give the building a look that actually matches the business inside. The red fascia band, the white metal panel siding, and the black structural columns all needed attention - and each surface had to be handled the right way.
What makes commercial exterior painting different from slapping a coat of paint on a wall is the prep work and the precision around active storefronts. Drop cloths laid out across the sidewalk and parking area, careful cut-in work around signage and trim, and the right product for each surface type. There's no shortcut if you want it to hold up and look good long-term.
The finished result is a building that looks intentional. The contrast between the crisp white panels and the bold red trim pops from across the parking lot. The black columns look solid and clean. Little details like that add up - and they send a message to every customer pulling in that this business takes pride in what it does.
Commercial painting isn't just maintenance. It's a pretty direct investment in how your business is perceived every single day. If your building's exterior has been on your radar, this is the kind of work that makes a real difference without a major overhaul.
